Job description
Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle Functional experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Depot Repair / Service Logistics.
- Strong expertise in Depot Repair, RMA, Warranty, Spare Parts, and Returns.
- Experience with Service Requests, Work Orders, Parts Reservation & Fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Pricing & Billing for Service Orders.
- Integration experience with Order Management (OM), Inventory, Costing, Service Contracts, Installed Base, and Field Service.
- Strong experience in Full Lifecycle Implementations, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
- Preferred: Subscription Management
- Preferred: Preventive Maintenance
- Preferred: Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
- Preferred: Oracle CX / CRM
