Director of Marketing

A growing fitness brand is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead its marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support continued expansion. This role will oversee digital marketing, local store marketing, brand strategy, and member engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy• Drive customer acquisition, membership growth, retention, and engagement• Lead digital marketing across paid social, search, email, SEO, and other channels• Manage local marketing strategies that support individual locations• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, promotions, and creative campaigns• Track campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI• Partner with operations and executive leadership to support new openings and company growth • Manage external agencies, marketing partners, and internal team members• Develop annual marketing budgets and allocate spending across channels
Qualifications:• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience• Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, franchising, or another multi-location consumer brand preferred• Proven success driving customer acquisition and revenue growth• Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy• Experience supporting multiple locations or geographic markets• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
Compensation:• $120,000–$150,000 base salary• Additional benefits and incentives may be available
