About the role

Lead a high-priority banking transformation spanning multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive program/transformation leadership, with Director-level ownership.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management, governance, and delivery oversight.
  • Proven Go-To-Market experience, including readiness, change management, and launch execution.
  • Client segmentation experience highly preferred; retail banking experience an asset.

Schedule

  • Hybrid, 3 days onsite
  • 12-month contract, potential extension

Pay

  • Up to $124/hr incorporated + HST
