OTH Company & Staffing is hiring Dishwasher Supervisors for F1 Austin!

F1 DO & CO Compound – Austin, TX (Formula 1 Austin)
Shift days: October 19-27th (Important Race Days Oct 23-25th)

PAY & SHIFTS
DAY SHIFT – $20/HR 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
NIGHT SHIFT – $23/HR 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
A MEAL WILL BE PROVIDED DAILY (They are Delish)

SUPERVISOR DUTIES:
• Check staff in and out for each shift
• Keep accurate track of staff attendance
• Make sure employees take their required breaks and lunches
• Help keep staff organized and on task throughout the shift
• Communicate with staff regarding assignments and shift needs
• Assist F1 Compound Management as needed
• Help ensure operations run smoothly throughout the event
• Be flexible and ready to assist wherever needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We need reliable, organized and professional supervisors who are comfortable managing staff in a fast-paced event environment.
You must be able to communicate clearly, take direction from F1 Compound Management, and make sure your team is where they need to be throughout the shift.
