Distributed Systems / GPU Infrastructure Engineer - Wyoming, WY

Capa Cloud is hiring a full-time Distributed Systems / GPU Infrastructure Engineer in Wyoming, Wyoming, United States. Help architect and scale the infrastructure behind the CapaCloud decentralized GPU network, supporting AI workloads with reliable, high-performance distributed computing.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable distributed GPU infrastructure.
• Develop node orchestration systems and workload scheduling capabilities.
• Optimize GPU utilization, compute performance, and infrastructure reliability.
• Build fault-tolerant systems for decentralized environments.
• Improve network scalability, reliability, and uptime.
• Create deployment automation and infrastructure tools.
• Collaborate with AI and blockchain teams to integrate compute systems.
• Monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to backend architecture and cloud-native systems.
• Apply secure infrastructure best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in distributed systems and backend infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong Linux systems administration skills.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure and CUDA environments.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Python, or a similar backend language.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and load balancing.
• Experience building scalable APIs and infrastructure services.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability stacks.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with decentralized infrastructure or Web3.
