Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the store is visually appealing to customers.
• Support sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting store promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily operational tasks and foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and store meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
