Team members are supported with training and opportunities to grow their skills in beverage system maintenance.Role Description The Draft Beer Line Cleaner and Installer role at Tibs Taps is a full-time, on-site position throughout Southern Maine, NH and NE MA. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing draft beer lines, installing and configuring draft systems, and performing routine maintenance on taps, couplers, and related equipment. The role involves traveling to customer locations, assessing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and completing service reports. Team members are expected to follow safety and sanitation standards, manage tools and supplies, and communicate clearly with customers and the Tibs Taps team. The position requires reliable attendance, the ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces, ability to roll165lb kegs/lift min. 50lbs and a commitment to maintaining high service quality. Must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check. QualificationsAbility to learn and apply technical skills related to draft beer system installation, maintenance, and repair.Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation, with a focus on following established procedures and safety guidelines.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to customer sites from the Londonderry, NH area.Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain work performed in a clear, professional manner.Comfort working with hand tools, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift, move, and carry equipment as needed.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in draft systems, plumbing, maintenance, or a related field is a plus.Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible evenings or weekends, based on customer needs.
