Key Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely to transport goods across the region.
• Provide outstanding customer service during client interactions on deliveries.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to meet schedules efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including times and discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading packages carefully to prevent damage.
• Address delivery queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Matric Certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proven driving experience, preferably in courier or logistics sectors.
• Valid South African driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
