Minimum requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential you possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a hotel or environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and manage professionally, with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Flexibility with shift rotation, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
• Strong customer and sales orientation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain operational standards in the absence of management.
• Positive attitude towards balancing with the ability to work independently and manage.
• You are required to work as part of the team and execute operational duties.
