Dynamics CRM Consultant – New York City, NY

Data Tracks is hiring a full-time Dynamics CRM Consultant in New York City, New York. This remote-eligible role focuses on delivering customer relationship management solutions through Dynamics 365 implementation, optimization, and support. Join a collaborative technology consulting team and help clients improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve CRM strategies.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and staff.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Participate in team meetings to share project updates, challenges, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems that affect the user experience.
• Monitor and report on CRM success metrics, system effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands-on experience in CRM consulting or technical support.
• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a solid understanding of ERP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• CRM or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
