Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and customize CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 to fulfill business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance CRM strategy effectiveness. Provide technical support and training to clients and staff, ensuring seamless system use. Manage project timelines and milestones to guarantee on-time delivery. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and share best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve user experience. Monitor and report on CRM success metrics to evaluate effectiveness and client satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience with CRM systems, especially Dynamics 365, and a strong understanding of ERP solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant CRM or Dynamics certifications are preferred. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM consulting or technical support roles.
