E2E Test Manager

Tasks

• Define comprehensive test plans, tooling frameworks, and schedules across interconnected platforms, downstream services, and third-party systems.
• Run Program Test Sync calls, manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and track multi-team testing milestones.
• Build and deliver program test dashboards, BUR (Burn-Up/Run-rate) reports, and launch readiness updates directly to VPs and senior executives.
• Drive cross-team defect triage calls, enforce sev-1/sev-2 SLAs, and maintain deep visibility into production readiness.
• Support test environment coordination, test data alignment, and scaling QA operations in an enterprise cloud ecosystem (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of QA/Delivery experience, with proven success leading large-scale, multi-platform E2E test programs.
• Experience orchestrating multiple Scrum/engineering streams rather than managing test execution within a single squad.
• Proven ability to communicate risk, defect trends, and go-live readiness to VP-level leadership.
