Electrical Multi-Skilled Technician MST

About the role

Confidential is looking for an Electrical / Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) with solid hands-on experience in electrical works and building maintenance. The role involves keeping facilities, equipment, and building systems safe and operational.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Carry out other multi-skilled building maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Male applicants preferred.
• Solid experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, Multi-Skilled Technician, or in a related position.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, breakers, panels, and basic electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical problems and performing corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and other building maintenance works is an advantage.
• Familiarity with proper use and maintenance of electrical, hand, and power tools.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Physically fit, responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Blue Sapphire Residences, Taguig City, and available for immediate deployment.
