Electrical Supervisor

FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL HIRING

Electrical Supervisor oversees, coordinates, and executes electrical maintenance operations, managing internal teams and third-party contractors. This role ensures all electrical infrastructure and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards across assigned site facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Directs and implements preventive and corrective maintenance programs using detailed job plans, technical specifications, equipment histories, and standard safety protocols.
• Supervise day-to-day electrical work on site, enforcing strict safety adherence for personnel and equipment to align with operational targets.
• Partners closely with the maintenance planning team, providing actionable feedback from completed work orders to optimize future scheduling, resource allocation, and job estimates.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical section to enhance overall system reliability, workflow efficiency, and team performance.

Requirements:
• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• At least five (5) years of experience in the maintenance field works in a manufacturing plant.
• With at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in Electrical Maintenance.
