About the role
At No Limits Cafe, the Employee Development Manager supports employees in developing workplace skills, building confidence, and working toward greater independence. The role balances individual development needs with the operational needs of a working coffee shop.
Responsibilities
- Monitor employee progress and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Develop individualized employee development plans and track progress over time.
- Modify tasks, responsibilities, and training approaches to meet individual employee needs.
- Provide coaching, encouragement, and ongoing feedback.
- Collaborate with the Cafe Supervisor and cafe team to create a supportive, inclusive, and successful work environment.
