Employee Development Manager

Support employees in developing and strengthening their workplace skills. Monitor employee progress and identify opportunities for continued growth. Help employees build confidence and work toward greater independence. Develop individualized employee development plans and track progress over time. Modify tasks, responsibilities, and training approaches to meet individual employee needs. Provide coaching, encouragement, and ongoing feedback. Collaborate with the Cafe Supervisor and cafe team to create a supportive, inclusive, and successful work environment. Identify barriers to employee success and develop practical strategies to address them. Help employees develop transferable skills that support their long-term employment goals. Assist with employee training and provide ongoing support as employees learn new responsibilities. Balance individual employee development needs with the operational needs of a working coffee shop.
