Is Now Accepting Resumes for the Community Enhancement Employment Program

The requirements for employment are:
- Individuals must be currently unemployed to be eligible to work on the project (NOTE: part-time, casual, and call-in applicants are not eligible)
- Individuals must qualify for EI by the end of the project. Further information regarding EI eligibility is available from Service Canada
- Individuals currently receiving EI benefits and who are within the last 3 weeks of their current claim are eligible. However, they will need to get a latest claim form from their Service Canada Account stating how many weeks are left on their claim
- Individuals must sign an employee declaration indicating the number of hours they require to become EI eligible. Individuals must provide all previous Record(s) of Employment with the last 2 months and receiving ROE (as “Employment with the last 2 months and receiving ROE Record(s) of Employment” (A copy of my latest claim form My Service Canada Account)
- Individuals can be employed for up to 470 hours (Subject to change per Service Canada). Individuals who require more than 470 hours but otherwise meet the employment program requirements are not eligible to participate

Resumes have to be received by Friday September 4th, 2026 in order for you to be considered for employment. Please mail, fax, email or drop off your resume, a copy of your ROE & last claim along with a copy of your proof of last claim to the following address:
