Job description
Per diem position. Monday–Friday, 12-hour tours, 0600–1800 hours.
Must have a minimum of two years’ experience as EMT-B.
Individuals must have and maintain a valid NYS EMT Basic certification or EMT-P.
Must hold current CPR certification.
Prepare Patient Care Reports using ESO program.
Have and maintain a valid class D New York State Driver’s License with a clean record.
Must have the equivalent of two full time years of experience driving emergency vehicles as required by Nassau County Civil Service.
Must have EVOC certification.
Must pass the Nassau County Civil Service hearing test.
