Tasks

• Own maintenance and engineering across a three-line manufacturing operation.
• Lead a team of maintenance staff, engineers, and a planner while strengthening preventive maintenance, critical spares, and plant performance.
• Drive reliability, develop technical teams, and deliver capital improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a similarly sized maintenance and engineering team.
• 4+ years managing a union team.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Strong preventive maintenance, critical spares, and reliability expertise.
• Experience managing CapEx plans and departmental budgets.
• Food manufacturing preferred; confectionery experience a plus.

• 24/5 with seasonal sixth days
