Engineering Program Manager (EPM)

Tasks

• Drive critical multi-functional technical initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for multi-tie

Requirements

• Apple Exp is preferred.
• 6 to 8+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale, complex software or infrastructure initiatives end-to-end.
• Demonstrated mastery in rallying cross-functional teams (Software Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, Security, and Leadership) toward unified milestones without formal authority.
• Solid grasp of modern software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud/distributed systems, CI/CD, and release management-comfortable engaging in architectural discussions and challenging technical tradeoffs.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to distill complex technical status, trade-offs, blockers, and timelines into crisp, data-backed summaries for executive stakeholders.
• Prior experience working within Apple or an Apple-like matrixed environment-fluent in Apple-style cross-functional engagement, operational rigor, and executive briefing norms.
