Engineering Team Lead/Lead Software Engineer

About the role

Lead the development of a large-scale Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity, combining architecture, software development, team mentoring, and delivery ownership.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and engineering strategy.
• Design and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and enterprise APIs.
• Build Angular/TypeScript applications and micro-frontends.
• Drive AWS cloud-native development and application modernization.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and manage technical delivery.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee production support, troubleshooting, and release management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, WebFlux, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Angular 16+, TypeScript, RxJS, and micro-frontends.
• Microservices, RESTful APIs, and reactive programming.
• AWS: ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, SQS, Lambda, S3.
• PostgreSQL, SQL, and database migrations.
• Docker, Git, Maven, GitLab CI/Jenkins.
• SonarQube, JaCoCo, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Nice to Have: Identity & Access Management (IAM), MFA, LDAP, and PingOne.
• BPM/workflow engines and BPMN.
• Elasticsearch, Gatling, Playwright, and LaunchDarkly.
• GraphQL/Apollo and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
