Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles to enhance students’ understanding and appreciation of English. Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and classroom participation. Provide constructive feedback and support to improve students’ communication and comprehension skills. Collaborate with colleagues to design an integrated curriculum promoting cross-disciplinary learning. Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives. Manage classroom behavior to maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere. Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress to foster a supportive educational community. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities. Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with educational technology and software tools supporting student learning.
