Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging English lesson plans for students with diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to improve communication and comprehension skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop an integrated curriculum and encourage cross-disciplinary learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach programs.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Teaching or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning software.

Compensation and Employment

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: 15000 per month
