Pre-primary Teacher Job in Kharghar, Maharashtra

Basil Woods Junior is looking for a dedicated and passionate Pre-primary Teacher to join our vibrant team in Kharghar, Maharashtra. This full-time role offers an opportunity to nurture young children's social, emotional, and cognitive development in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans that foster a love for learning and promote all areas of development. Provide a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity and exploration. Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching methods and activities to meet diverse learning needs. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, facilitating open communication. Organize and participate in school events and activities to enhance community involvement and learning experiences. Maintain an orderly and safe environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support overall student success and program effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification. Proven patience and understanding in working with young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Experience in a similar teaching role is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with educational software and tools used in early childhood education is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
