Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments operate smoothly and effectively to exceed guest expectations. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue, including promotions, packages, and customer outreach initiatives. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing concerns promptly with outstanding customer service. Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align operational strategies with budget and financial goals. Prepare and analyze performance reports to track progress toward sales targets and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations and sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills focused on employee development. Proficient in operations management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Familiarity with hotel management and property management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
