Job description
Enterprise Applications Administrator | Seattle, WA (Hybrid)I’m hiring an Enterprise Applications Administrator for a client in Seattle. You’d own their business application stack and the integrations that connect it.
What you’ll be doingAdministering Jira, Confluence, and the wider Atlassian suite, including permissions, schemes, workflows, custom fields, and dashboardsManaging SSO and SCIM provisioning through Entra ID, along with RBAC, audit logging, and change controlBuilding and maintaining integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middlewareEvaluating SaaS tools and managing vendors, upgrades, and migrationsTroubleshooting application and integration issues, and joining an incident response rotation
What you’ll need5+ years in systems administration or systems integrationStrong Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and PowerShell skillsHands-on API and middleware integration experienceComfort working in both Windows and Linux environmentsBonus points for experience with GitHub, NetSuite, HRIS/ATS platforms, AI platforms, or engineering tools such as Siemens PLM/NX and CAD/CAM
