Enterprise Quality Lead

About the role

Lead quality assurance governance and program delivery across 30+ interconnected enterprise projects.

Tasks

• Lead enterprise-wide QA strategy, governance, and quality assurance.
• Drive SIT, UAT, Functional, Performance, and End-to-End testing.
• Establish quality metrics, executive dashboards, defect management, and Go/No-Go recommendations.
• Coordinate QA activities across multiple projects and delivery teams.
• Partner with PMO, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Engineering teams.
• Oversee test environment readiness, test data strategy, and release quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of QA / Testing Leadership and Program Delivery.
• Strong Healthcare Payer domain experience.
• Claims Processing, Member Enrollment, Billing, and Provider Data Management.
• Healthcare EDI transactions: 837, 835, 834, 270/271.
• HIPAA, SOX, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• SIT, UAT, Automation, Performance, and E2E Testing.
• Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC.
• Jira, Git, MS Project, and Test Management tools.
• Preferred: FHIR / HL7 interoperability knowledge.
• Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSQA, or CSM certification.
• Preferred: Enterprise consulting and digital transformation experience.
