Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and adjust locks and locking mechanisms.
• Diagnose lock and key issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and respond to client questions.
• Maintain locking systems and locksmithing equipment.
• Keep accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
• Assist with on-site installations and repairs.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop locksmithing skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn in a hands-on work environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• No previous locksmithing experience required; training is provided.
• Must have trade tools or the means to purchase the required tools.

Pay and Employment Details

• Pay: $70,000 per year.
