Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and adjust locks and locking mechanisms efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries. Diagnose lock-related issues and provide effective solutions. Perform routine maintenance on locking systems and tools. Keep accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. Assist with on-site installations and repairs as required. Engage in ongoing training to develop locksmithing skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
