Perform routine maintenance on locking systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. Assist with on-site installations and repairs as needed. Participate in ongoing training to enhance locksmithing skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Customer service experience is a plus.
