Entry to Mid-Level HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve equipment malfunctions effectively. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding service options and recommendations. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timely completion of HVAC projects. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to industry regulations and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles. Strong problem-solving skills and technical abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Prior experience in HVAC or related fields is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus. Familiarity with HVAC software and diagnostic tools is an advantage.
