Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients to explain service options and recommendations. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC system performance. Document all service activities and maintain accurate repair and installation records. Collaborate with team members to complete HVAC projects on schedule. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with industry standards and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Previous HVAC or related experience preferred. Relevant certifications such as EPA certification are a plus. Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and software is advantageous.
