Equipment Coordinator

Rayman Builders, Inc. is seeking a qualified and dedicated Equipment Coordinator to join our team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred - Relevant experience in equipment coordination or construction operations - Knowledge of heavy equipment, maintenance, and utilization. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Strong organizational, coordination, communication skills. - Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping. - Willing to work on-site and travel when required. - Construction industry experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate equipment deployment, transfer, and allocation. - Monitor equipment availability, utilization, location, and operating hours. - Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing. - Maintain equipment inventory and records. - Monitor equipment condition and report breakdowns or concerns. - Prepare equipment monitoring and utilization reports. - Coordinate with operators, mechanics, project personnel, suppliers, and management. - Help maximize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
