City of Toledo Oregon - City Hall is hiring an Equipment Operator for its Public Works Department.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain excavators, backhoes, skid-steers, vac-trucks, street sweepers, boom mowers, rollers, and a variety of power and hand tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of verifiable, hands-on experience operating and maintaining relevant construction machinery and equipment.
- Proven safety record.
- Valid Oregon Class C driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one by appointment.
- Ability to obtain the required CDL, certifications, and endorsements within timelines established by the City.
- One year of public works or related experience is highly desirable.
