About the role
Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. is seeking an ERS-Service Coordinator - Red Oak to coordinate between field personnel, customers, and the service center. The role schedules manpower and equipment to maximize productivity and requires coordinating many activities at once. The coordinator also provides assistance to the manager as directed.
Responsibilities
- Develop daily schedules for all field personnel.
- Coordinate required test equipment for jobs with field personnel.
- Review simple reports, such as ground fault and ground resistance reports, for complete data sheets before supervisor review.
- Provide technical direction to clients and field personnel.
- Respond to customer administration and service requests, and quote jobs within limits of authority.
- Direct the shop technician’s daily activities.
- Maintain the equipment asset list and tool check-out system.
- Work with the manager and field engineers on weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.
- Train technicians to perform basic testing procedures.
