Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in the United States. The role pays $37 per hour and calls for strong customer communication, active listening, problem-solving, accurate data entry, and conflict resolution skills. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer questions and requests by phone, email, chat, or other approved communication channels. Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, orders, and company procedures. Listen carefully to customer concerns and work toward effective solutions. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates. Process customer requests, forms, orders, or account information as needed. Follow established customer service procedures and company policies. Communicate and collaborate with other team members. Follow up with customers when additional assistance is required. Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude. Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality Required and Preferred Qualifications Customer communication, active listening, problem-solving, accurate data entry, and conflict resolution skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and professional approach to customer interactions. Basic computer and internet skills. Ability to learn new software and systems. Good organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Fully remote - work from anywhere in United States
