Estimation Engineer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Join a civil engineering team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as a full-time Estimation Engineer. In this collaborative role, you will prepare construction cost estimates, analyze project documents, and help stakeholders make informed decisions about project budgets. This is an on-site position reporting to the Senior Estimation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, complete cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review project specifications and blueprints to develop detailed cost profiles.
• Work with project managers and architects to gather information and resolve questions.
• Support subcontractor selection and qualification for bidding.
• Track project expenditures against estimated budgets and report variances.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Recommend process improvements based on data analysis.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Two to five years of relevant cost estimation experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with estimating software and costing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management or estimation certifications are an advantage.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 600000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Collaborate with colleagues in project management, design, and construction management. The Senior Estimation Manager will provide guidance and support.
