Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyze project specifications and blueprints to develop comprehensive cost profiles. Collaborate with project managers and architects to gather necessary information and clarifications. Assist in the selection and qualification of subcontractors for bidding processes. Monitor and track project expenditures against estimated budgets to report variances. Develop and maintain detailed reports, presenting findings to stakeholders and management. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements based on data analysis. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in cost estimation, ideally within the construction industry. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Familiarity with costing software and estimating tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Industry-standard certifications in project management or estimation are a plus. 2-5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation.
