Key Responsibilities
- Monitor computer systems and help maintain reliable, efficient operations.
- Perform routine checks on systems and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Assist with data entry and processing tasks as operational needs require.
- Record incidents and maintenance activities in clear, accurate logs.
- Work with IT support teams on system upgrades and improvements.
- Help protect the security and integrity of data across systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and coordinate with external vendors on equipment issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
