Job description
Tasks
- Budgets, quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial new builds and renovations
- Work with sales, design, precon and construction from concept through CDs
Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating, precon or commercial construction experience
- Procore Estimating (or similar) and advanced Excel
Schedule
- Hybrid, in office Tue/Wed/Thu
Pay
- From $90,000, negotiable depending on experience
