We are seeking a skilled Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
➡Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects
➡Develop and track project schedules and budgets
➡Coordinate with suppliers and clients
➡Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety
➡Lead project meetings and communicate with clients
Qualifications
➡Minimum of 3 years experience in construction estimating & project management
➡Strong leadership and organizational skills
➡Proficiency in Excel, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
➡Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
