This full-time role offers an annual salary of $65,000 and requires expertise in assessing property damage and preparing accurate restoration cost estimates. Key Responsibilities Assess property damage and define the scope of restoration work needed. Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates using Xactimate software . Collaborate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and project managers to collect necessary data for estimates. Review work orders and project documentation to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness. Monitor restoration project progress and update estimates as needed due to scope changes or unforeseen damages. Support project teams throughout restoration to maintain alignment on costs and timelines. Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications 2-4 year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Xactimate software for estimating. Preferred experience in property damage restoration estimating. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, field technicians, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
