Key Responsibilities

• Assess property damage and determine the scope of work required for restoration projects.

• Review work orders and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and update estimates when the scope changes or additional damage is found.
• Support project teams throughout restoration work and help keep costs and timelines aligned with estimates.
• Join cross-functional meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Two- to four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
• Property damage restoration estimating experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
