The ideal candidate will have expertise in restoration processes and will be responsible for accurately assessing property damage and preparing detailed cost estimates for restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess property damage and determine the scope of restoration work required.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using Xactimate software.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance representatives, and project managers to collect necessary information for estimates.
• Review work orders and project documentation to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed based on scope changes or unforeseen damage.
• Support project teams throughout the restoration process to maintain alignment on costs and timelines.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions with cross-functional teams.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software for estimating purposes.
• Experience in property damage restoration estimating preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
