Job description
About the role
Propelsys is seeking an EUC Imaging Engineer with hands-on experience in endpoint deployment, imaging, administration, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot deployments and SCCM/MECM imaging and task sequences.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Support Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD Join, endpoint enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies.
- Handle device provisioning, rebuilds, refreshes, and replacements.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 EUC/Desktop Support.
- Support device migration and user data transfer.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting, SCCM/MECM imaging and task sequence troubleshooting, and Windows 10/Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure AD Join or Hybrid Azure AD Join, endpoint enrollment, compliance and configuration policies, and device migration and user data transfer.
- Knowledge of Group Policy and endpoint security fundamentals.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Preferred skills: Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, application packaging and deployment, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise-scale endpoint environments. Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or SCCM/MECM certifications are preferred.
