SCCM/MECM imaging and Task Sequence troubleshooting
Windows 10 / Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
Azure AD Join / Hybrid Azure AD Join
Endpoint enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies
Device provisioning, rebuild, refresh, and replacement
Laptop/desktop, docking station, and peripheral troubleshooting
Level 2/Level 3 EUC/Desktop Support
Group Policy and endpoint security fundamentals
Device migration and user data transfer experience
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Preferred Skills: Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Application packaging and deployment, PowerShell scripting, Enterprise-scale endpoint environments, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Administrator certification, Modern Desktop Administrator certification, SCCM/MECM certifications
