Events and Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Itogon Mountain Village is seeking an Events and Marketing Supervisor to assist with event planning, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events and promotional activities.
• Support social media posting, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
• Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and on-site activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, reports, and post-event documentation.
• Maintain event calendars, contact lists, digital files, and marketing records.
• Monitor marketing supplies, promotional materials, and event requirements.
• Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with guests and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in events and marketing.
• Proficient in social media and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge in event planning, logistics, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Skills in event planning and execution, digital and social media marketing, content creation and branding, and vendor and client coordination.
