Executive – Maintenance

Tasks

• Handle day-to-day maintenance requests and follow-ups across outlets.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for timely completion of maintenance work.
• Ensure regular maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, kitchen equipment and other outlet facilities.
• Attend to breakdowns and coordinate for quick resolution to minimise operational disruptions.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests, expenses and completed work.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to identify and address maintenance requirements.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure quality of work and timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in maintenance/facility management, preferably in QSR, hospitality, retail or restaurant operations.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil and kitchen equipment maintenance.
