Senior Executive – Maintenance

Tasks

• Independently monitor and manage maintenance activities across 2–3 outlets.
• Handle regular maintenance follow-ups and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, kitchen equipment and other facility-related maintenance.
• Conduct periodic outlet inspections and identify preventive maintenance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, service records and expense trackers.
• Ensure minimal operational disruptions through proactive maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in maintenance/facility management, preferably in QSR, hospitality, retail or restaurant operations.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil and kitchen equipment maintenance.
