Job description
Tasks
- Handle day-to-day maintenance requests and follow-ups across outlets.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for timely completion of maintenance work.
- Ensure regular maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, kitchen equipment and other outlet facilities.
- Attend to breakdowns and coordinate for quick resolution to minimise operational disruptions.
- Maintain records of maintenance requests, expenses and completed work.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to identify and address maintenance requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure quality of work and timely service delivery.
