Tasks

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, obtaining quotations, price negotiations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the Trading Department to fulfil packing material requirements, follow up on order status and delivery schedules, maintain accurate procurement documentation, and ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to manage multiple purchasing activities and meet deadlines efficiently
