Job Description:
Join Suga coco Products pvt ltd as a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Sri Lanka. This role demands excellent communication skills, international business exposure, and a strong background in customer support or sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within Sri Lanka.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing international clients to ensure sustained growth.
- Collaborate closely with the India team for pricing strategies, product updates, and client requirements.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts effectively, and close sales deals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
- Manage after-sales support to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Coordination (International), or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record in business development or related roles.
- Experience with international business environments is highly advantageous.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software tools.
Education:

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and performance. Annual salary: 800000 LKR.
