About the role

Healthguard Pharmacy is Sri Lanka’s first branded healthcare retail chain, established to provide high-quality pharmaceuticals and wellness solutions to consumers.

Tasks

• The selected candidate will lead and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services by providing strategic direction and technical expertise.
• He/she is involved in overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of pharmacy operations, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and adherence to practice standards.
• The selected candidate will coordinate and evaluate compliance initiatives to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence within the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Qualified Pharmacist/Bachelor Pharmacist registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills, both English and Sinhala
• Proactive and ability to meet deadlines
• Should be a team player
