About the role
Veehive Events PH is seeking an Exhibit Officer to recruit exhibitors and sponsors for the event.
Responsibilities
- Handle exhibitor inquiries, including research and registration requirements.
- Prepare exhibitor contracts, consignation letters, and billing documents.
- Supervise exhibitors during event days.
- Track exhibitor payments and documentation.
- Gather and update exhibitor information for event materials.
Requirements
- Female, 22–27 years old.
- College graduate; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong negotiation and multitasking skills.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work during weekends or extended hours during events.
- Preferably residing in Quezon City, Marikina, or Katipunan.
