Job description
CazVid is hiring an Experienced Figma Designer in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Join a collaborative design team and create user experiences that help shape client brands and digital products. This is a full-time, on-site role for a designer with at least three years of UI/UX experience and a strong Figma portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces in Figma for web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and designers to refine design concepts and functionality.
- Conduct user research and testing, then apply insights to improve designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups based on client requirements.
- Maintain brand standards and design consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to design critiques and team meetings by sharing ideas and feedback.
- Keep current with design trends and tools to support an innovative design process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
- At least three years of UI/UX design experience and a portfolio showcasing Figma projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Experience conducting user research and creating user-centered designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of web and mobile design principles and best practices.
