Key Responsibilities Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma for various digital platforms. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to iterate on designs and functionality. Conduct user research and testing to gather valuable insights for improving design effectiveness. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that meet client specifications. Ensure adherence to brand standards and design consistency across all touchpoints. Participate in design critiques and team meetings to share ideas and feedback. Stay updated with latest design trends and tools to keep the design process innovative. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. Experience in conducting user research and creating user-centered designs. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
