Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately.
• Install new HVAC equipment following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed service reports and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Stay current with HVAC technology advancements through continuous training.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in HVAC or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools, diagnostic software, and technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as EPA Certification are preferred.
