Experienced Remote General Manager - Phoenix, AZ Service Company

Discount ACR is seeking an Experienced Remote General Manager to lead our busy and growing AC service company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time remote position allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, with core hours aligned to Arizona time (5 AM to 10 PM MST). This role requires a highly capable, multi-tasking leader available 6 days a week with long hours, ready to manage all aspects of operations including hiring, scheduling, client and technician interaction, parts ordering, invoicing, and more. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance. Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction. Manage budgets and financial forecasting to ensure profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects supporting company initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in general management, preferably within service industries. Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage operations virtually. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Availability to work flexible hours aligned with Arizona time zone. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
