Experienced Remote General Manager - Phoenix, AZ

Discount ACR is seeking an Experienced Remote General Manager to lead our busy and growing AC service company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time remote position allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, with primary working hours aligned to Arizona time (5 AM to 10 PM MST).

This role requires a dedicated, highly productive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work 6 days a week with long hours and must be available around the clock for urgent tasks, although most work will occur during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and stakeholders to resolve issues and develop solutions.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasting to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects to support company initiatives.
• Handle hiring, scheduling, client management, parts ordering, invoicing, and more.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in general management, preferably within a service company environment.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work Arizona business hours and be on-call as needed.

Compensation: $2000 per month
