CpaMedia Tech is hiring a full-time Expert Job Match Specialist in East Saint Louis, Illinois. In this role, you will connect candidates with job opportunities suited to their qualifications, preferences, and career goals. You will support candidates throughout the recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers to help meet hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about candidates’ qualifications, preferences, and career aspirations through direct engagement.
- Review job requirements and match candidates with suitable openings.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and support a positive experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Review resumes and assess candidates using relevant recruitment tools and technical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
- Monitor candidate progress in new roles and collect feedback to improve job matching.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
- Experience with recruitment software and job-matching tools preferred.
- At least three years of professional experience in recruitment or a related field is desired.
