Job description
About the role
The Firm Facility Services is adding an experienced Facilities Project Manager to our Dallas team.
Tasks
- Take ownership of facility repair, maintenance, renovation and project work from initial scope through completion.
- Develop scopes and budgets, coordinate vendors and field teams, manage schedules and project documentation, and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, coordinate service schedules and vendors, track completion, and manage follow-up work.
Requirements
- Facilities, construction, renovation or multi-site experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and keep work moving from kickoff through closeout.
- Must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available for local site visits and in-person work as needed.
