Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively introducing Muthoot Microfin’s loan products and services. Understand client financial needs through active listening and tailored questioning to recommend suitable solutions. Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly using strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
